dwl note: The number of years married is noted as 33. But J. Frank was married to a Louisa in c1870 and Harriet E. was married to Jacon Diffendall in 1867. It's possible both answered 33 referring to their previous marriages. The 1877 is just an estimate on my part.

Outline of lawsuit that states Louisa, wife of Frank Seiss had died previous to this notice. Also state Minerva was their child. The c1880 state Minerva was about abt 1872. Therefore Frank and Harriet Anders could have married sometime after Minerva was born in 1872.
