      Note: This seems to be the sale of land to cover debts. I could find no connection between Jacob Gibson and family to those names as administrators of estate or those who received funds from sale. Therefore I can't be positive that this is the correct Jacob Gibson although the location of Mansfield matches. Also note Ann Atkinson received funds and some census records who her living with or near Jacob Gibson. It's posisble she was a caretaker for Jacob.
