Assumptions and problems with assumptions:
- I assumed Elizabeth Jane Wales to be a daughter but she does not appear in c1840.
- I assumed the Mary Wales that died in 1833 to be another daughter since it appears wife Mary appears in c1840.
- I assumed first wife Mary Wales died sometime between 13 Apr 1840 baptism of Elizabeth Jane Wales and marriage to next wife Mary in 1843.

The Joseph Wales Debt Court Notice in 4 Aug 1824 Baltimore Patriot Newspaper image attached is thought to be for Joseph G. Wales since review of city directories seem to indicate only one Joesph Wales in Baltimore in that time frame.

See notes for son George T. Wales for the City Directories searched for Wales as well as others living at same addresses as Wales found.

See 4/9/15 email concerning Elizabeth Wales, who married a Bailey, whose child had a Wesley Wales as a wittness to their marriage. Census records show Wesley living with Ann whose 11 Jul 1871 Baltimore Sun obit lists Wesley as her son. An obit for Wesley was never found. How Wesley connects remains unknown. I doubt he's a son of Joseph base on his mother being lised as Ann. It's possible Joseph is an Uncle.
Searched unsuccessfully 1900 (last census he appears) to 1910 (wife only appears) for Wesley Wales death in:
Could no find obit in Baltimore sun searching in many different ways 1900-1910.
