Bk X Pg 315 on 16 Jun 1824 (recorded 16 Jun 1824) bill of sale where Peter Martin sold to Staneslaus Knott and Samuel Hillard for $30 houshold items.

Bk Q 1 Pg 352 on 13 Jan 1813 (recorded 14 Jun 1813) Hezikiah Harris, Anne Harris, Samuel Hillard and Rebecca Hillard his wife, all of Montgomery County deeded to John Spring of Montgomery County for $1381 tracts of land in Montgomery County one called "White Oak Swamp" but since resurveyed and called "Mount Zion" containing 153 ac and the second called "That's It Resurveyed" containg 63 1/8 ac. Lands conveyed by Nathan Harris of Montgomery County to Hezikiah Harris, Charles Hays Harris, Nancy Harris, and Rebecca Harris on 27 Feb 1802 recorded in book K, page 156-159 and conveyed by John M. Beatty and Charles A. Beatty to Hezikiah Harris, Charles Hays Harris, Nancy Harris, and Rebecca Harris on 19 Jun 1807 recorded in book N1. Charles Hays Harris is noted as having died intestate naming Hezikiah, Nancy otherwise called Anne, and Recebba Harris as heirs.

Bk STS 5 Pg 511 on 15 Aug 1851 (recorded 13 Sep 1851) William Chappell sheriff of Montgomery County deeded to Camden R. Nicholls to settle a debt resulting from a 31 May 1839 court document where John Cooley, Samuel Hillard, and James Hillard owed money. Land tracts mentioned are "Johnson Discovery" and "Reids Neglect".
Bk EBP 1 Pg 279 on 21 Sep 1862 (recorded 28 Jul 1864) Charles S. Hillard and Hezekiah J. Hillard of the state of Illinois and George S. Hillard of the state of Ohio deeded to Teresa A. Smith for $43 the same two tracts of land noted in the deed previously outlined (Bk EBP 1 Pg 278). The signatures of Charles S. Hillard and Angeline his wife were witnessed by justice of the peace in Clark County Illinois on 21 Sec 1863. The signatures of George S. Hillard and Elizabeth Ann his wife were witnessed by notary public in Tuscarawas County Ohio on 21 May 1864. Note the deed is signed by Angeline and two Elizabeth Ann Hillard's infering that Hezekiah J. Hillard's wife was also named Elizabeth Ann although her signiture was not noted as being witnessed.
